At each initial consultation, we will first discuss what the estimated costs will be, given the income of the client. If you qualify for second line legal assistance (pro bono), you will certainly be informed of this.
At the first consultation, you will already have an idea of what the costs will be and this will also be clearly communicated.
Clients will always be given the opportunity to pay the estimated costs by means of so-called provisions. These are always agreed in advance with the client in good faith, so that there is clarity about this. These provisions allow our lawyers to partially take on the work. In some cases, it is possible that we work with several provisions. At the end of the procedure, the final account is then settled.
Every client has the right to an attorney, regardless of income. This is a very important principle within the firm. Therefore, we will always ask about your income to see if you qualify for this. If you are eligible for partial second line legal assistance (pro bono), you will have to pay a minimum fee to the firm.

In addition to the fees payable for work done by our lawyers, there are also office expenses. On the one hand, these are fixed costs such as utilities, insurance, staff, etc. On the other hand, there are also variable costs, which depend on your individual case, such as the creation of a file, correspondence, copies, etc.

– Urgent rate + 50%
– Weekend and evening rates + 100%.
